BASIC RULES
Search before you post. If your search does not yield any results then you are clear to post.
When posting please choose the appropriate forum.
When creating a topic try to write an informative and not too lengthy heading, the heading should state clearly the subject of the topic.
Information posted in discussions are personal opinions owned by the posting member. If something sounds wrong to you or violates any of the rules - report the user to the admin or moderators!
Moderators and Admins have the right to move, close, edit and delete topics and comments at any time to keep the order in the message board and see to that these rules are respected.
Use common sense. Honestly.

Respect other members please. We are here to connect with fellow collectors and Pantera fans from around the world. Don't be a dick. It's not that hard.
Make new users feel welcome.
Do not post any OVERLY abusive, obscene, vulgar, or slanderous material. NOTE; this also applies to avatars.
Do not post any racist, hateful, threatening, or sexually-oriented material.
Ethnic insults are not allowed and any violation will result in an immediate 3 day ban. NO WARNING WILL BE GIVEN.
Although we have a General Discussion forum at TPCC, this is mainly a Pantera forum. If you want to post overly graphic and gore-ish topics, this is not the place. There are other places for that and it's certainly not here.
Note that some language at TPCC could be a bit brash at times, but everyone should feel welcome! If you feel offended please contact the admin or moderators!
No religion or political discussion. It leads to nowhere but arguments.
Do not be a pain in the ass for all others. My ban hammer is always ready for action.
NO SPAM/ADVERTISING
No Cross-posting in forums. The same post in several forums is obnoxious.
No hysterical bumping of posts. Bumping your sale thread each day is annoying for members! Try to keep it to a minimum.
No excessive use of smilies. Keep in mind, though, that sometimes just a smilie as a reply suites the thread!
No excessive quoting. Scrolling the same replies back ad forth page up and down is annoying, try to keep control of the quoting. If somebody posts several pictures, please don't continually quote them, edit those out. We don't need to see the same pictures quoted 75 times.
Advertising of commercial products or services in these forums for own profit is not allowed. Posts to record shops and products are allowed. As are advertising of private sales and personal eBay auctions of personal items
Posting of ongoing auctions is not allowed, IF it is not your own auction.
ILLEGAL AND INAPPROPRIATE CONTENT
Posting of links to illegal content is strictly prohibited.
Posting of images, videos and links to pornographic content is prohibited. These are not my rules, those are forumotion's rules. They will shut down the forum if this happens. If you want to see tits and bush, there are plenty of other sites for you. I know we all love tits, but we just can't post them here.
Posting of download links, or instructions of how to obtain copyrighted material illegally is prohibited. No warnings for this either. You will banned immediately.
COPYRIGHT AND INFRINGEMENT ISSUES
Production of TPCC merchandise or illegal Pantera (or other bands for that matter) merchandise is not going to be allowed. Nobody wants a lawsuit.
Production of merchandise with the Pantera (or other bands) logos, fonts, music, etc. is strictly prohibited and is not supported or endorsed by this forum.
The Pantera Collectors Club is not supporting the bootlegging industry, but many collectors do collect live boots. So for the record - selling and trading of live CD/LP bootlegs will be tolerated as long you are not making, pressing and selling these yourself for profit and capitalizing on Pantera fans. There is no point in upsetting the band we all are here to discuss
Violation of rules listed in here will result in a warning. When too many warnings have been issued, the user will be put on a 3 day temporary ban. The administrators and moderators handle each violation on a case-to-case basis. If any user continues to violate rules, a permanent ban will be put into place. Some violations can result in an immediate banning without warning. Again, please use your common sense.
