Just to let everybody know who you are if you so choose.

My name is Taylor and I started this forum out of my love for Pantera. I love collection bootleg CD's of about any band, although Pantera is top on the priority list.

Thanks in advance for anybody who joins and I hope we can make this work!

I'm Doug Brown, from Toronto Canada. I'm a collector of all types of music- primarily Progressive/Psych Rock, Funk/R&B, Early Jazz, and all types of metal. I tend to collect music that has drummers that speak to me - so these genres are quite obvious. Most of my collection is on LP (around 4,500) and I have around a thousand CD's kicking around- most which are metal albums that were never released on LP.

I'm not a massive Pantera collector by any means, though I do have several bootlegs, all of their albums on LP, and several old T-Shirts. Qua1l and I have known each other through Metallica collecting and have traded for years. Best of luck on the forum!

This is Mr Strange speaking. Currently having a massive U2 collection, a bunch of Metallica bootlegs on vinyl, and a pretty complete Iron Maiden collection.

My love of guns have kinda slowed down my collectionhabit at the moment. But no worries my fellow wookies, it will come back.

Hi everyone. My name is Alex. I freakin love Pantera but I do not collect this band to be honest. I'm into all kinds of music and to quote the great Lars Ulrich (yes 'tallica is my all time favorite band) : ‎"There's really only 2 kinds of music: great music and less great music." I kinda miss TMCC guys. Let's hope this site will become even better. Amen to that. Greta job Taylor. Well done

I once got a copy of Pantera's Vulgar Display of Power for free at work as a play copy. Really, who would pay for it? There's a few good songs on it. I bought the follow up Far beyond Driven, but got rid of it about 6 months later cause it was weak. I think what irks me about Pantera is that they were a cheese metal band before becoming all heavy. I prefer bands that stay true to themsleves, like Alice in Chains, Disturbed and Metallica -- I hate sell outs.

I also think metal fans have no sense of humour and mostly fail to get the joke. I'm sure this board will be as enlightening as any other I have been on before.

I love Pantera but dont collect them - one of my all time favourite items in my collection is my Diamond Darrell pick from the CFH tour that he handed to me when i was onstage singing with phil in 1991!
